FIFE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RECEIVES MOD EMPLOYER RECOGNITION AWARD

That this House congratulates Fife Chamber of Commerce on receiving the Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award from the Ministry of Defence to acknowledge its advocacy and support for the armed forces, and its work to inspire others to do the same; notes that the Employer Recognition Scheme wards employers that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to the defence and armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant; recognises the value that veterans, reservists, cadet instructors and military spouses can offer to businesses that employ them, and pays credit to Fife Chamber of Commerce for providing outstanding support to that community.
