LIVERPOOL AND KNOWSLEY COUNCILS AND NORTH WEST WATER
That this House supports the decision of Liverpool City Council and Knowsley District Council to refuse permission to North West Water to instal prepayment devices in council housing stock; applauds its campaign to stop the devices being installed in any type of housing in Liverpool; and notes that through these devices North West Water is attacking the living standards of some of the most disadvantaged sections of the community.
