That this House notes the establishment of consulates in Skopje by Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, with France to follow shortly; further notes that other European governments have already made available humanitarian aid to Macedonia to supplement that already voted by the European Council of Ministers; and urges Her Majesty's Government to do the same.
