Refurbishment and re-opening of historic Coleraine building
That this House notes the significant private sector investment in the former property of the Coleraine Chronicle and Northern Constitution newspapers on Railway Road in Coleraine, Co. Londonderry which has resulted in the property which dates back to 1898, now becoming a thriving business hub in the town centre; and warmly congratulates local businessman John Armstrong who has pioneered the venture and expresses the hope that public sector investment can be utilised in similar ways to assist town centre high streets become more viable and attract additional business and footfall.
