Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Paul Flynn (Labour), on Monday, 23 November 1992, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 36 members in total.

CONDUCT OF THE PRIME MINISTER (No.2)

That this House contrasts the statement of the Prime Minister, 17th November 1992, Official Report, column 136, that Ministers did not mislead the House with the answer given to the honourable Member for Newport West on 19th April 1990, saying that the Government would not initiate investigations into the Iraqi nuclear weapons programme because in the words of the then Foreign Office Minister, the right honourable Member for Bristol West 'Iraq is a party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and as such has undertaken not to develop nuclear weapons. We expect Iraq to abide by her international legal obligations'.
