Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Jeremy Corbyn (Labour), on Thursday, 21 April 1994, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 34 members in total.
ACQUITTAL OF PAUL HILL
That this House welcomes the acquittal of Paul Hill at the High Court in Belfast; recognises the trauma of waiting nearly five years since his acquittal on the convictions for the Woolwich and Guildford pub bombings for this conviction to be lifted; and regrets that none of the police officers who caused the miscarriage of justice has been convicted.
