CONDUCT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WALES (No. 4)

That this House calls upon the Secretary of State of Wales to withdraw his remarks about the Welsh rugby team and teetotalism made in the Official Report, of 25th April, column 9, and, pending such withdrawal, calls upon the Welsh Rugby Union to suspend the provision of complimentary invitation tickets to the Committee Box for the Secretary of State for Wales in respect of (a) Welsh home internationals and (b) the SWALEC cup final; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Wales to follow the mature example of the Princess of Wales who never abuses the Welsh Rugby Union's hospitality and friendship in this way by making cheap remarks, based on total ignorance of Welsh rugby.
