CONDUCT OF THE HONOURABLE MEMBER FOR RUTLAND AND MELTON

That this House notes that the honourable Member for Rutland and Melton has failed to respond to legitimate questions being asked by members of Westminster City Council and Labour's Frontbench concerning the arrangements he made for the purchase of the council house next door to his own home in Gayfere Street, Westminster; and believes that the honourable Gentleman should enter into negotiations with the Conservative Chairman of Westminster City Council with a view to returning a proportion of the substantial profit he has made on this transaction.
