IRISH REPUBLIC AND THE BOUNDARY COMMISSION IN NORTHERN IRELAND
That this House is outraged by the open and repeated attempts by the Government of the Irish Republic to interfere in the work of the impartial and independent Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Northern Ireland; calls upon the Prime Minister to refuse further to discuss this matter of domestic jurisdiction with Mr Reynolds; and urges the Speaker, as Chairman of the Commission, to confirm publicly that such pressure is repudiated and will not colour the outcome of the Commission's work.
