That this House is profoundly saddened by the death of Sir Matt Busby, whose career as a player at club and international level was surpassed only by his role as manager of Manchester United, which he took to world fame; and believes he will be remembered not only as one of the all-time greats of modern footballers, both within Great Britain and throughout the world, but also as a gentleman.
