Enterprise Bill (HL) 2015-16

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion: Clauses 20, 21 and 26 of the Enterprise Bill [Lords] (Bill 112) relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and Clauses 24, 33 and 34 of the Enterprise Bill [Lords] (Bill 112) relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
