Policing and Crime Bill 2015-16

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion, Clauses 1 to 9 of and Schedules 1 and 2 to the Policing and Crime Bill (Bill 133) relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and Clauses 10 to 23, 25, 29 to 32, 34, 36, 37, 39 to 55, 57 to 61, 74 to 76, 82 to 84, 87 and 107 of and Schedules 3 to 6, 10 and 11 to the Policing and Crime Bill relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
