The Speaker has certified that, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83O, and on the basis of the material put before him, in his opinion and in accordance with Standing Order No. 83O(2), the following Motions relating to Lords Amendments to the Technical and Further Education Bill relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J: motion to agree to Lords Amendments 4 and 5; motion to agree to Lords Amendments 11 to 18.
