The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion clause 192 of the Data Protection Bill [Lords] (Bill 153) relates exclusively to England and Wales on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
