The Deputy Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, and on the basis of material put before her, that, in her opinion Clause 190 of the Data Protection Bill (Lords) as amended in Public Bill Committee (Bill 190) relates exclusively to England and Wales and is within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
