Finance (No.3) Bill 2017-19

The Deputy Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L as modified by Standing Order No. 83S, and on the basis of material put before her, that in her opinion Clause 3 of the Finance (No. 3) Bill relates exclusively to England, Wales and Northern Ireland on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J as modified by Standing Order No. 83S.
