The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January, that Luciana Berger has given notice that she wishes to amend her proxy vote arrangement. Her nominated Proxy will be Gavin Shuker MP with effect from 6 June 2019.
