Proxy voting for parental absence

The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January, that Mrs Kemi Badenoch is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on her behalf, starting from Tuesday 10 September 2019 and finishing on Monday 9 March 2020. The nominated proxy is Leo Docherty.
