The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January, that Neil O'Brien is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on his behalf, starting from 14 October and finishing on 27 October. The nominated proxy is Bim Afolami.
