Domestic Abuse Bill 2017-19

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that in his opinion Clause 56 of the Domestic Abuse Bill relates exclusively to England on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and Clauses 1 to 18, 53 to 55, 75, 76 and 79 of the Domestic Abuse Bill relate exclusively to England and Wales on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
