The Speaker has certified, further to the certificate of 25 September 2019, that Mrs Kemi Badenoch has given notice that she wishes to suspend her proxy vote and vote in person in any division on the motion for an early general election under section 2(2) of the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011 on Monday 28 October 2019.
