The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January, that Chris Skidmore is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on his behalf, starting from 12 November and finishing on 25 November. The nominated proxy is Andrea Leadsom.
