The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy for parental absence and the Resolution of the House of 28 January, that Stella Creasy has given notice of amendment of the proxy voting certificate recorded on 5 November 2019. With effect from 18 December 2019 her nominated proxy will be Peter Kyle.
