The Speaker has certified, further to the certificate of 17 December 2019, that Stella Creasy has given notice that she wishes to amend her proxy voting arrangement. On 16 January 2020 her nominated proxy will be Pat McFadden and from 17 January 2020 it will revert to Peter Kyle.
