Domestic Abuse Bill 2019-21

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion, Clauses 53 to 57 and 65 of the Domestic Abuse Bill relate exclusively to England on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and Clauses 1 to 18, 58 to 60, 63, 64 and 66 of the Domestic Abuse Bill relate exclusively to England and Wales on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
