The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy and the Resolutions of the House of 28 January 2019 and 16 January 2019 and 4 and 10 June 2020, that Jeremy Corbyn is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on their behalf by Bell Ribeiro-Addy, starting on 24 June 2020 and ending on Tuesday 28 July, unless the House orders otherwise.
