The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the temporary Standing Order on voting by proxy, the Resolutions of the House of 28 January 2019, 16 January, 4 and 10 June 2020 and the Order of 20 July 2020, that Paul Maynard is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on his behalf by Mark Spencer, starting on 21 September and ending on Tuesday 28 September, unless the House otherwise orders.
