The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy) as amended by the temporary Order of 23 September 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic), that the following Member has given notice that they wish to amend their proxy voting arrangement. From 20 October the nominated proxy for Tracey Crouch will be Caroline Nokes instead of Rebecca Harris
