Proxy voting (medical or public health reasons related to the pandemic) (variation of existing proxy arrangements)

The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), as amended by the temporary Order of 23 September 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic), and extended by the Order of 22 October 2020, that the following Member has given notice that they wish to amend their proxy voting arrangement. From 23 October the nominated proxy for Guy Opperman will be Mike Freer instead of Stuart Andrew.
