The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy) as amended by the temporary Order of 23 September 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic), and 3 November 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic (No. 2)) and extended by the Order of 22 October 2020, that Jeremy Corbyn is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on their behalf by Bell Ribeiro-Addy, starting on 4 November and ending on Tuesday 30 March 2021, unless the arrangement is ended or the House otherwise orders.
