Agriculture Bill 2019-21

The Speaker has certified on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion (1) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, Clauses 1 to 16, 18 to 26, 35 and 38 of and Schedule 4 to the Agriculture Bill (Bill 7) relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and (2) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, Clause 34 of and Schedule 3 to the Agriculture Bill (Bill 7) relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
