The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Amy Callaghan has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy vote arrangements. On 16 November only, her nominated proxy will be Richard Thomson, after which it will again be Owen Thompson.
