Variation of proxy voting arrangement
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Allan Dorans has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy vote arrangements. On 16 November only, his nominated proxy will be Richard Thomson, after which it will again be Owen Thompson.
