The Speaker has certified, further to the certificate of 22 October, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A(7) (Voting by proxy), that Amy Callaghan has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Martin Docherty-Hughes with effect from 8 December.
