The Speaker has certified, further to the certificate of 22 November, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A(7) (Voting by proxy), that JJohn Nicolson has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Martin Docherty-Hughes with effect from 8 December.
