The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Ms Diane Abbott has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy vote arrangement. Her nominated proxy will be Apsana Begum from 26 to 29 February, and from 1 March it will be Bell Ribeiro-Addy.
