The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Patrick Spencer has given notice that they wish to vary their proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Mike Wood between 13 and 16 October and Joy Morrissey thereafter.
