Variation of proxy voting arrangement
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy) that Sir Mark Hendrick has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. From 20 October the nominated proxy will be Sir Nicholas Dakin instead of Jeff Smith.
