Variation of proxy voting arrangement
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy) that Alicia Kearns has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy voting arrangement. From 20 October the nominated proxy will be Mr Gagan Mohindra instead of Joy Morrissey.
