The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Satvir Kaur has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy voting arrangement. From 4 to 10 November the nominated proxy will be Sir Mark Tami and Sir Nicholas Dakin thereafter.
