Variation of proxy voting arrangement
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Andrew Gwynne has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. From 4 to 10 November the nominated proxy will be Sir Mark Tami and Sir Nicholas Dakin thereafter.
