The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Ms Diane Abbott has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Apsana Begum from 15 December to 6 January 2026 and Bell Ribeiro-Addy thereafter.
