The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Dan Norris has given notice that they wishes to vary their proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Sir Mark Tami on 25 March and Sir Nicholas Dakin thereafter.
