The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Saqib Bhatti is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on his behalf, starting on 23 February and finishing on 19 August. His proxy vote will be suspended on 13 and 14 May.
