The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Dan Norris has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Sir Mark Tami on 6-8 July and Sir Nicholas Dakin thereafter.
