Variation of proxy voting arrangement
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Saqib Bhatti has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. Starting 23 February to 19 August, suspended on 13 July. The nominated proxy will be Joy Morrissey for 13-16 July and Mike Wood thereafter.
