The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Dame Caroline Dinenage is eligible to have a proxy vote cast on their behalf, starting on 13 July and finishing on 7 September. The nominated proxy is Joy Morrissey for 13-16 July and Mike Wood thereafter.
