The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Alice Macdonald has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will be Sir Mark Tami on 15 July and Sir Nicholas Dakin thereafter.
