The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that George Freeman has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will now be Paul Holmes on 14 and 15 September and Mr Gagan Mohindra thereafter.
