The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Claire Coutinho has given notice that she wishes to vary her proxy voting arrangement. The nominated proxy will now be Paul Holmes on 14 and 15 September and Mr Gagan Mohindra thereafter.
